Amazing Grace for You!
Did you know that God has given us a free gift of grace?
A simple definition of grace is, the unmerited, unearned love, and favour of God.
Let's find out more about how we’ve been empowered by God through his grace.
Welcome! My name is Kim Klassen, and I’m so glad you’ve joined me today. Grab a cup of coffee, and your Bible, and let’s talk for a few minutes.

Even though we don’t deserve Gods grace, he is so kind to us, and wants the very best for our lives, that he gives it as a gift.
It is so important that we don’t take his grace for granted, but that we start each day anew by asking for grace, and also thanking him for it.
Our Bible verse for today is found in
2 Corinthians 12:8-9
The Passion Translation reads like this;
Three times I pleaded with the Lord to relieve me of this. But he answered me, My grace is always more than enough for you, and my power finds it’s full expression through your weakness. So I will celebrate my weaknesses, for when I’m weak, I sense more deeply the mighty power of Christ living in me.
Now let’s read it it the KJV;
Three different times I begged the Lord to take it away. Each time he said, “ My gracious favour is all you need. My power works best in your weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may work through me.
You can probably think of situations in your own life, where if it wasn’t for Gods grace, things would have turned out much worse.
The radical beauty of grace is that it is totally unmerited, and unconditional.
We don’t deserve the free gift of salvation, we don’t deserve the constant help of the Holy Spirit, and we don’t deserve all the joys, and pleasures of this life. And yet, because of God’s unthinkable love for us, we get to experience all these forms of grace, and more.
Ask the Holy Spirit to help you look at the world around you with new eyes, recognizing all we have, that we don’t deserve. Let all these things point you to Jesus, and remind you of how amazing his grace is.
Let’s just say a quick prayer… Lord, we are so thankful for your grace and mercy in our lives. God help us to extend this grace to those around us, so we can be a living example of your goodness through us, I pray this in Jesus name, amen.
Well thank you for joining me today, I hope this blog was a blessing to you!
